I'll Be Your Eyes, You'll Be Mine has Kramer's daughter Keja Ho collaborate with filmmaker Stephen Dwoskin to explore the special relationship between her and her father. Rather than carrying out a systematic survey of Kramer's work, the film is a loosely woven web of associations, locations and conversations, including with fetish photographer Eric Kroll. A cinematic work of mourning. Beautiful Monsters forms a complement to this film by crafting an intimate portrait of Erika Kramer: time together in the lush, overgrown garden of the stone house on the Seine, casual conversations between games of Scrabble, tarot card readings, acoustic resonances and drawings. An expansive cosmos unfolds between daughter and mother: from memories of Keja Ho's birth in 1974 to a playful initiation into the irrefutability of death. (V.P.)

The first screening of I'll Be Your Eyes, You'll Be Mine will be on October 19, 2024, together with Looking for Robert.
